سوکت کاهش دهنده PPR

شرح

سوکت کاهنده PPR مشابه سوکت مساوی است، تفاوت اصلی این است که قطرهای داخلی دو رابط سوکت کاهنده متفاوت است و دو سر آن را می توان به لوله های PPR با قطرهای خارجی مختلف متصل کرد. زمانی که نیاز به اتصال دو لوله با اندازه های مختلف باشد، معمولاً از سوکت کاهنده استفاده می کنیم.

کیفیت را شناسایی کنید

1. "Look" appearance. A good PPR reducing socket is soft and uniform in color, without variegation.

2. "Touch" the texture. A good PPR reducing socket is 100 percent PPR raw material (without any additives), the texture is pure, the surface is smooth and clean, the hand feel is soft, and the pseudo PPR pipe feels smooth. Generally speaking, the rough particles are likely to be mixed with impurities;

3. "Smell" the smell. The main material of PPR pipe is polypropylene. Good pipes have no smell, and poor ones have strange smell,it is likely to be mixed with polyethylene instead of polypropylene;

4. "Pinch" hardness. PPR tube has considerable hardness, and a tube that can be deformed by pinching is definitely not a PPR tube;

5. "Amount" of wall thickness. You can use a vernier caliper to measure whether the wall thickness of the pipe is up to standard and uniform. Generally, good pipes are produced in strict accordance with the national standard.

6. "Listen" to the sound. The landing sound of the PPR pipe is dull, and the landing sound of the pseudo PPR pipe is clearer.

7. "Smash" elasticity. A good PPR pipe has good "resilience" .If it is easy to smash, naturally, it is not a good PPR pipe.

8. "Burn" smoke to smell.

لوله های PPR با پلاستیک بازیافتی و سایر ناخالصی های مخلوط شده در مواد اولیه دود سیاه منتشر می کنند و بوی تند دارند. و مواد خوب پس از سوختن دود و بوی سیاه از خود متصاعد نمی کنند و مایع مذاب پس از سوختن همچنان بسیار تمیز است.
